Payment Options

During every visit, a doctor will discuss the recommended treatment options, present you with an estimate of fees for these services, and will answer all of your questions.

To ensure our ability to provide the highest quality of care to each patient we treat, specialty appointments may require a pre-payment. For emergency and critical care visits, a deposit in the amount of the mid-point of the estimate is required at the time of admission.

We value your business and want to protect your personal information. In order to do so, we must stay in compliance with federal security standards, which means that we cannot accept credit card payments over the phone.  Taking payments over the phone leaves your information vulnerable.  Instead, we encourage clients to make a payment in one of three ways: in-person with our client service team, via our secure online payment portal (links below), or via the Pay My Bill secure link function that we can text or email to you.

Online Payment Options

For current Lakeshore Veterinary Specialists clients, you can pay your invoice online below. Please select your location to complete your payment via credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa).

The Cost of Your Pet’s Care

During every visit, a veterinarian will discuss the recommended treatment options, present you with an estimate of fees for these services, and will answer all of your questions.

To ensure our ability to provide the highest quality of care to each patient we treat, some specialty appointments may require a pre-payment. For all of our services, once a treatment plan is selected, a deposit in the amount of the mid-point of the estimate is required at the time of service. If any additional diagnostic tests or treatments are required beyond the scope of the original estimate, these recommendations and estimates will be discussed with you. Additional deposits or payments may be required, which can be made in any of the three ways discussed above. Any remaining balance is due at the time of your pet’s discharge.
